bonjour ma manette ne veux pas ce connecter en BT, j essaye de résoudre le problème avec le système d'aide, mais cela ne change rien,

je peux échanger encore sous garantie , quand je rentre mes coordonnés

,ca me dis que c'est ce qui est le plus possible et de contacter le support d'aide,

et quand je le répète l operation ca recommance tous le temps , question ,reponse ,centre d aide impossible , encore centre d aide ,encore impossible

sorry to hear of your controller problem but at the moment something is "LOST IN TRANSLATION!!!"

So maybe you can give us mor Information. Have you tried to connect the controller via USB to your XBOX. Is your controller Uptodate??

If you do not know how: Update controller

Did you register your Xbox One console online at Microsoft Device Support???

You first need to make sure that you register your Xbox One console online at
Microsoft Device Support because without doing that first, you won't be able to create a service order for your controller. If you continue to get errors after doing that, then you need to try using different devices or different browsers to create the
order online.

If for whatever reason you still cannot create the order from home, then you will need to contact Xbox Customer Support to help you because we cannot create service orders on the forums.

Select Xbox One
Select See other options
Select Payment & billing under Account management
Select show contact options and go to step 4
Select Request a call from Support if available within hours of operation or there should be a number for you to call and hours of operation for your region

Thank you for your post. When you request a service order for a controller, the controller is normally replaced.

I would suggest contacting Xbox Support by phone or chat to see if your Elite controller is available for replacement.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

If it is available for replacement, you will need to cover the cost for shipping to the repair center

Only send in the controller... Do not send in the parts / accessories.
