ma manette xbox edition phantom magenta a 2 gâchettes qui ne fonctionne plus

elle était encore garantie

j'ai donc fait marcher le servie de remplacement de manette microsoft

est ce que celle ci va être réparée ou bien une autre va mettre envoyé mais la même que la mienne

Thank you for your post. When you request a service order for a controller, the controller is normally replaced.

I would suggest contacting Xbox Support by phone or chat to see if your Elite controller is available for replacement.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

If it is available for replacement, you will need to cover the cost for shipping to the repair center

Only send in the controller... Do not send in the parts / accessories.
