    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. You can check a controller's warranty by entering in the serial number by going to the following link, https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/controllers/controller-warranty

    You can also always contact Xbox customer support to help you with warranty information:

    1. Contact us here
    2. Select Xbox One
    3. Select See other options
    4. Select Payment & billing under Account management
    5. Select show contact options and go to step 4
    6. Select request a call from support if available or there should be a number for you to call

    I would suggest contacting Xbox Support by phone or chat to see if your Elite controller is available for replacement.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

    Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

    If it is available for replacement, you will need to cover the cost for shipping to the repair center

    Only send in the controller... Do not send in the parts / accessories.

    All you have to send is the controller. Keep in mind that is must still be under warranty or there are no repair options.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on a repair. In all repairs it can take 14-21 days normally. In the current circumstances this could be even longer. We recommend request a call from support. They will be able to go
    over the repair with you to find out what is going on.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
