    a few days ago EA servers had problems, it is possible that again this is happening, it would be good that you informed yourself via twitter of this matter

    I would recommend a full power cycle of your console, should that not work though I would then recommend reinstalling the game. It could have been some sort of glitch when installing that is preventing it from launching properly.
