Gamme liscenses for my account

My account lost the license for Battlefield 4 somehow and now i have no way of playing the digital copy, even though its installed on my console.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

excuse me, My previous account was banned and it has forza 6 liscense. so please i want to get the liscense to my new account.

 

reinstall game

I have had to reinstall bingo, it gives me new gammer tag and starts me back at level one, My account page at Xbox shows my old gammer tag and all my acheivements. How do I get my old game back.

 

Did you download Battlefield 4 about roughly a month ago when EA Access went free for a while as part of a promotion? If so, that was not an actual purchase, so any vault games
that were downloaded via EA Access should have been disabled by the time the promotion ended. Despite it being installed on your console, the promotional license has expired, so you're only left with these options:

• Purchase an EA Access subscription, the game becomes playable again.
• Purchase the game itself (digital or physical), the game becomes playable again.
  
• Uninstall Battlefield 4 completely, get your storage space back.

I only assume this scenario because some people have been confused (as of late) as to why their EA games (Battlefield 4, Battlefield Hardline, Need for Speed, etc) have been rendered unplayable by now, and this is the most likely reason.
