    Gaming services required but doesnt download?


    Im on my PC and trying to install the gaming services to be able to playt games from xbox app oin Pc but cant even download the thing thats holding me away from playing the games? DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING!!

    I had the same issues on the 15th, then it broke again today. The suggested soluition doesnt fix it this time

    Hi there!

    Sorry to hear about what happened. Let's do our best to get this sorted out.

    First, check for Windows updates and get all available updates from the Microsoft Store.

    Get updates from Microsoft Store - https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/g...

    Once everything is updated, check via PC Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Find "Gaming services" if you could still find it. If it's still there, try to uninstall it or try commands below:
    Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.

    In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

    get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers

    In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:

    start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

    Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
    Restart your device.
