Gaming Services 0x80073D27: Can't Download Games from Xbox App or Microsoft Store

Would other games downloaded from the Microsoft Store also cause a blue screen?



Based on your share, it seems to be an issue caused by a conflict between the game and Xbox gaming services.



If other games also experience this, please try reinstalling the Xbox app and related services.



Open Windows Settings -> Apps -> Apps & features -> Look for apps related to gaming services and Xbox -> Uninstall -> Open Windows Store to download Xbox -> Reinstall gaming services and other programs through Xbox.
