    Hi,

    I’ve had continuous issues with BT Full Fibre. I have tried everything at this point, even had a BT engineer out to test the line but everything is fine. Online game play with FC24 at times is unplayable due to lag. I never had this issue with sky broadband.

    My question is would a gaming router potentially help as I believe the smart hub2 is causing the issue and if so which would you recommend? I don’t have a phone line so there’s no issue in using a new router connected directly to the ONT box.

    Have you made sure all the ports required are open and/or tried using a different DNS?
