gaming issue

hi! i went to move my xbox one to my monitor to play with my keyboard and mouse tonight for a couple of hrs. well, after doing so and turning on my console, as usual it’s connected to xbox live, my wi-fi and internet, etc. well, i went to load up call of duty black ops cold war and once it got the “press a to start” screen, i did so and it was checking the files and downloading them as usual. it got the about 18% then restarted and got to 18% again then crashed. i restarted my console and loaded the game up again and it again crashed. i loaded up call of duty black ops 3 and it synced my satay then also checked files and downloaded them per usual. it didn’t crash but it gave me the error code that servers are down. servers aren’t down because i checked the server status for all call of duty’s to make sure and they’re all up and running. i then checked my xbox status and everything says “up and running” with the green check mark so i know the servers aren’t down on my games or xbox. i then tried again on black ops 3 and it did the same thing. i tried it on modern warfare and modern warfare 2 and it didn’t the same thing. wouldn’t sync my data and gave me the “connection failed” pop up message. i then tried call of duty vanguard. it synced my data, loaded up, was connecting to xbox live then checking files then also gave me the “connection failed” pop up message. it’s only done this since the new update with xbox and this is the first time. i don’t know if the update is faulty or what. but if there is any ways to resolve this issue, i’d greatly appreciate it. thanks!
