Gaming for me is an issue i need help

It would kind of depend on what the complaint is about. If it's about something related to the game itself, then you would need to complaint to the developers/publishers.

Let's try to remove and re-add your Xbox 360 account.

My fiancé plays them perfectly fine on his Xbox one s. He doesn’t have a series s yet.

If you go into the store page of the game/app in question. When you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the Overview page. You'll see a "Report this product" option. When you select the option. You are then given a popup to explain why you're wanting
to report the product.
