gamevids email not working

Hello,

I have some copyright related questions and i found the Game Content Usage Rules page and the gamevids email.

But there's a problem with the server or so it says when i tried to send them an email.

"Your message couldn't be delivered to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** because the remote server is misconfigured."

Does anybody know if that email is still valid or how can i get in touch with them?

I tried but its not a support issue so the virtual desk did not help.

Okay, what exactly does it say when you try to join? Can you share a screenshot here? Just don’t include any personal info.

If you’re still not able to join Game Pass Ultimate through the Xbox website, a possible workaround would be to purchase a physical code from a retail store, or a digital code from a trusted online store such as Amazon. You may be able to redeem it and join that way, and 12 month subscriptions are also available as well. If you have an accessible Xbox account in a supported country/region for Game Pass Ultimate though, you shouldn’t experience any issues joining regardless of the account email address.

Hi Robert,

To clarify, do you already have a Microsoft/Xbox account associated with your work email address? Is there any specific error code/message when trying to join Game Pass Ultimate?

In this case, you would unfortunately need to create a separate Xbox account/profile with a personal email address. Even if you have another email address as the domain on the work account, this still won’t necessarily be an option. This was updated and came into effect a few years ago:
