gametime free ride

Can you check my gametimes again for (gwent - warframe - smite) ?I have now one punch in my card for the free ride mission , but i dont understand how its been counted. I have played a lot of hours for this games this month. My achievements are much higher
, ive added at least 5h for each game.

Ghostly Remains

I have had the ghostly remains of the Spectral Assassin half floating on my stairs at Breezehome for months now (in gametime). Is there anyway to get rid of it?

I would have thought Lydia would earn her keep and clean it up...

From the FAQ:

When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

Your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours of completion of each specific offer.

Since you played your five hours for Smite on the 26th, that is the only punch currently showing. Your recent playtime for the last few days for Warframe has not yet been processed, so you have not received a punch for that game. We see that you only have
4.7 hours worth of playtime on Gwent at the current time, so that playtime has not awarded a punch.

Apologies for the inconvenience. We have identified a potential issue with the FREEdom Rewards recurring offers (FREE Pass, 1, 2, FREE, and FREE Ride), and are deploying a hotfix. An issue may have arose in this month's iteration of those offers due to a
