    Yes i have pre-ordered to Date Two of the Three 2/3 of the many games availble for pre order to Recieve the 15'000 rewards credits ($15) But my second Pre-Order Halo Wars 2 still hasnt appeared as Purchased For the Promo,, The Games works n Downloaded digitally
    But the Promo is showing that i Preordered or Somthing Need assistance Before the Promotion End March 31st i believe. -- Yall can Call me Too (Preferred)

    Punchcard Not Showing Second Pre-Order

    I pre-ordered Titanfall 2 on October 13 and Skyrim: Special Edition on October 23, but only one notch is showing on my punchcard. On the list of games at [rewards.xbox.com/gamesondemand/] it shows that
    I pre-ordered both.

    Also, I would like to pre-order Dishonored 2, but I when I follow the link from the Rewards Pre-Order page the pre-order button on Dishonored 2 is greyed out and won't let you click. Is the Dishonored 2: Limited Edition eligible for the pre-order rewards

    Hello Blazed Grenade,

    Only pre-order purchases made during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since your purchase of Halo Wars 2 occurred in December, it was not within the current Games on Demand offer period, and was therefore not eligible for the current punchcard.
    That is why only the punch for your Resident Evil purchase, which was made during the current offer period which started in January, is showing.

    It takes 96 hours for pre-orders to reflect on the website, and you must pre-order 3 titles to be eligible for the new promotion. Subsequently, you had to have pre-ordered the games during the promotional period in order to be eligible for the reward. If
    you pre-ordered prior to January 1st, 2017 then the pre-order is not eligible for the current promotion.

    Purchases are only eligible for a promotion if they are purchased during the promotional period. So if you made numerous pre-orders that appear on the Games on Demand Punchcard running from January 1st, 2017 to March 31st, 2017 before January
    1st, 2017 then they are not eligible for the current promotion. Subsequently, pre-orders do not qualify for MyVip so if you have a tendency to pre-order a lot of games you will not see rewards for them unless you complete an active promotion during the promotional
    period involving pre-orders (like the Games on Demand punchcard).
