    Does violation of TOS in one account affects another account signed at same console?

    I have Xbox series x.

    I will explain to you what happened literally.

    I bought the digital version of a game not available in my region using gift card from US store. (Which is of course a violation to TOS)

    I switched back to my own region and the game disappeared from the games ready to be installed.

    I bought the game CD and inserted it to my device and the game appeared again at the games ready to be installed and I am able to play it without the CD when the account purchased the game is signed into the console.

    What I am asking is if I played the game without the cd in another account would that counts as violation of TOS to this another account?

    NOTE: I know that buying contents from another region is violation to the TOS that’s why I created a new account because my old account now is at risk of getting banned because of this purchase and I already closed the old account.

    Fyi you can't keep making the same post over and over again you been answered in the last 5 postz

    What it could be considered as is IF they do suspend d the account noone can say

    It would be ban dodging if you use the other account and thats if they do revoke the digital license

    Best rule of thumb if you have to ask shaddy stuff don't do it

    I didn't find anything in the TOS that would lead me to believe that other accounts could be banned for this. In short, if anything happens it would just be the account that purchased the content from another region.

    You can set the account with gold as your xbox home and gameshare with it. It will allow the other console to use the gold as well and share the same games!

    Unfortunately it is up to the publisher to decide what regions their games can support. There may be other restrictions as well in place by certain regions regarding ratings and content which may also affect if a game is available in that region or not.

    You can read on
    how to change the region of your Xbox    , but be aware that this may affect previously purchased content.

    Its your account region and actual region that has to match so if you have a uk account then your console region wont affect the region error

    Please check your account at commerce.microsoft.cim

    You can always get an game as long as tour account region and actual region are the same
