Gameshare bugged? Not gaining online access through shared gamepass.

There is no error, I am prompted to buy either game pass ultimate or live gold when i select online.

I am even more confused now, because she only owns game pass for console. How is she able to play online? She checked and double checked her subscription menu on her console and she ONLY has game pass, not ULTIMATEL.

Also, kindly ask if what Xbox Game Pass subscription she/he has. Is it Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Game Pass for Console. If it’s just Xbox Game Pass for Console it does not include the Xbox Live Gold subscription which is required for online multiplayer

There may be a profile on her Xbox that has an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Live Gold which is being shared to her which is why she can play online multiplayer.

Since she only have Xbox Game Pass for Console that’s the reason why you can’t play online multiplayer.

in future don't use weak passwords or share your accounts for gameshare, these are the two ways people gain access to accounts as they cannot normally be hacked.
