    Hi!

    Try to clear the cache by holding down the power button and try again. If it doesn't work, try to delete your profile from the console and re-download it again. Let us know!

    A few people seem to be having issues with their Gamerscore. Microsoft is aware of the issue and they are working on it

    Hi there,

    be sure to check if the gamerscore is showing at: https://account.xbox.com/Profile at the achievements section.

    If it's showing there, then the best thing to do is to power cycle the console via

    try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
