Also, some MixPot promotional giveaways operate on a "limited supply" basis. You were most likely logged in the system as being in the stream and when the prizes are to be distributed (which can either be instantly or take up to a few days) you'll hopefully
receive notification. I remember there being some problems with MixPot earlier in the year about people not getting their rewards and that's one of the points that were made about it. So if you wait a few days to a week and don't get anything that means you
either weren't in the stream early enough or wasn't selected... if that particular one for that reward did operate on that "limited" basis.

I did sign in with my account, when I started playing, but when I checked my inbox all I had were the crystals for signing in with my account. No promotional pack.

MixPot for people who watched the Gamescom 2019 on Mixer. Typically, you would receive an Xbox message confirming one or more of the items that were being given away were being added to your account.
This usually happens about a week or less from the end of the streaming event. Our Ambassador has also provided a bit more information on how to find the items as well, so be sure to double check in-game for the items.
