How did I not get the the DLC when I clearly was one of the 1 million promised.

Disappointing to be online early in the am to watch cool stuff because of the promo that was offered but not receive it.

Trouble in 2018 E3 Mixpot reward

Hi, I watched 2018 E3 Xbox Press Conference via Mixer, but I didn't get any mixpot reward.

BTW, I got mixpot reward from gamescom xbox inside one.

Also I received 2017 E3 mixpot reward too.

What happened to my account? I had no problem with connect my xbox / mixer account..

I tried looking up the Gamer Tag: luizgustavo7 to confirm if you were eligible for receiving the MixPot items, but nothing shows up under that Gamer Tag. Since that is the case, can you please provide me with the correct Gamer
Tag you signed into Mixer with to watch the live stream on Aug 21, 2018. Once I have this information, I will be more than happy to take a further look into this for you.
