I have pre-odered a PVZ GW2 game and part of the promotion was that i am able to get the Peggle 2 fo free. Now my account does not have an EA access subscription and i can no longer access the Peggle 2 game which supposed to be free on my account. Please
check for further details and instructions on how i can have my peggle 2 game without an EA access

I had not the game before the pre-oder. I made the pre-oder and emmidiately download peggle 2. But it was downloaded as an EA access membership. But why?

 

Depends how you download it

If you got peggle as a promotion then you would've gotten a prepaid code

If you downloaded it from ea access hub then you downloaded there wrong version

 

Promotions usually give you a prepaid code to download the bonus items

 

No, i did not get a code. I just press "install" from xbox store. Not EA hub

 

It will say free with ea hub underneath etc

Promotions don't give you install option only if you get a prepaid code which is how promotions work

You tend to get it 7-9 weeks after the promotions end you can however wait for a mod if the codes were already issued then they will pm you the same codes

 

But what should i do now? Should i connect with EA?

But i did the same thing!!!

 

Hey, Vlad Villain! Did you download your copy of Peggle 2 prior to March 1st? If you didn't, then it's likely that what you downloaded was the EA Hub version of Peggle 2 instead.

 

Of course!!! I made the preoder at 18-22 february and emmediately download the peggle 2 from the store!

 

But who can solve my problem and chek that it is a true now?
