    My son is an insider member and we had nothing but problems ever since he began this. His games that we have bought won't work now , his xbox one is constantly glitching out, now the power comes on with no picture . I have spent way to much money for this
    to be happening . I contacted xbox xbox support . He basically said its an insider issue and told me to post on reddit ??!??! for a solution. Please tell me how to get this insider thing cancelled and get his xbox back to normal and working again. I am a single
    mother of two boys who love xbox and i cant run out and buy another console because of this. And i am extremely disgusted with xbox support. They obviously do not care a bit. Please help

    I would try factory reset keeping games and apps first.

    You didn't mention if your using wired or wireless to connect to your network hardware.

    If possible do the factory reset and setup of console with a wired connection to eliminate the possibility of wireless interference while completing the initial setup.

    If the setup and update completes successfully online and you get to the Home screen you wont need to do the OSU.

    Thank you for responding to me. Can you please tell me how to start the xbox insider app if i cant see the display when i turn the console on now? No green loading or black screen . Is this something i could do from a windows 10 computer? Thanks
    If you can't see the display, try the following after
    trying the troubleshooting steps here    :

    Eject and remove any disc if there is a disc in the console.

    Now turn off the console by holding the power button on the console for about 10 seconds.

    When the console has completely shut down, hold the Eject button and the Power button. The console will chime as soon as you press the power button. Keep eject and power held down until you hear the console chime a second time.

    This should hopefully show the console's display in a low "rescue" resolution, and you should be able to navigate around.

    If you can see the home screen, go to "My Games and Apps", and in the App category find the "Xbox Insider" app. There you can then unenroll the console.

    If the console can't be started at all, you might have to do a
    factory reset via USB drive. Instructions to do that are here    .

    I am going to give all of your info and suggestions a try right now. I just wanted to let you know regardless of the outcome , i do greatly appreciate the fact that you responded so quickly and the effort you have put forth in trying to help.
