    Hi,

    I've recently installed some games I want to play again and I can't launch either of them. Gears of War 4 and Forza Horizon 3 say that they are connecting to sync my user data, but that's as far as they get. They're either stuck on 0% (tried leaving for hours)
    or the game launches to the main screen and nothing happens.

    I tried resetting the xbox app and un-installing and re-installing but this didn't work.

    Fortnite wont launch

    Probably there are problems with data sync. Try to
    delete your local data     (selecting only "Delete from console") and try again to launch the game.

    try and erase old save files maybe that will help.

    There are none that I'm aware of. I've re-installed windows once or twice since I last played these games

    Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the games not syncing properly.

    What is the NAT Type showing currently in the Xbox App or under the Settings > Windows Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking > Xbox Live Multiplayer > Nat Type

    Also, please make sure the PC is completely
    updated     along with the drivers.

    Try this out and let us know the results.

    This has now been resolved. I had to reinstall windows on another matter and it fixed this problem.

    My Xbox series S won't turn on.

    the xbox network haves this auto backup system called the clould so the last synced save data you will get back so if you planning to buy a new xbox series s system you just need the game you were playing and wait for it to sync and the save data be back. note data wont sync when consoles offline its best to always have it online or go online every little other to launch the game and sync the data.
