Games wont start that have been installed from xbox app

I have recently had to replace my motherboard. I went to try to play the games i previously had installed, and they would not run. So i uninstalled all my games. Reinstalled them through the app and they still do not run. I have tried the following

Uninstalling and reinstalling games.

Repairing Gaming services

Uninstalling and reinstalling gaming services

I am unsure what else could be causing the problem

I am running the latest version of windows 10, i have updated my video drivers. I have 32 Gigs of memory. Any help here.

Ya I cant install any apps. It wont even start to install, I can install games. Iv tried hard reboot its been a few days.

are you downloading with the microsoft store or the xbox app, i have been finding that the xbox app starts like it is about to download then 0% and goes back to install.

I opened the windows store, installed from there and worked perfect.

No, I have not been able to install any games from the MS Store app or the Xbox app.
It has prompted me to install the Gaming Services again and seems to have installed fine.
