Games wont open when i try to play.

My sons account wont even let him sign in

Are you getting an error message or error code?

Also, do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console or an expansion card?

I appreciate you letting me know. Please perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

it will open when i do that and it opens and closes from the home screen and there is no error it just wont open if i try and use the sensor

I've been trying to get ahold of support but I cant it's my son's 360 and it won't work it wont even play games the door doesn't open itself it wont update what do I do?
