    ive done everything thats listed for troubleshooting and i still have the problem of any game i have downloaded in the past 48 hours will not work. i click play and it just doesnt launch. the circle by the pointer comes and goes but nothing. i have contacted both microsoft and xbox numerous times and they both keep transferring back and forth.. one got rude as possible because she could not understand me. ( me an american and her an indian) so im at the point that i may just have to end my subscription if nobody here can help me.

    Do you have an antivirus?

    Mine just wiped the game services file and it ruined the xbox PC app. wont launch a damn thing.

    Now it also wont install the gameservices file.

    worked fine until my antivirus killed it.

    Found a solution :- do not launch the game from xbox game pass pc app. Go to settings find halo app try repair and reset then launch it from recently added tab.

    Sorry you're still having trouble. If you are still unable to launch the game from the Beta App then please find the game in the Start Menu of the PC and launch it from there
