    I having an issue were when I try and play any game on my account it just kicks me back the Xbox home without an error code. It seems to be my account all other account work fine. I have tried other console as well and does the same thing, my account won’t work but other will. If anyone is having this problem and knows the solution please reach out to me.

    Hello HG,

    Sorry for the issue with the games. Can you totally unplug the console, leave unplugged for about 15 minutes. Then plug back in and try the game.
