Games wont download/update stuck on 100% error 0x8007001f

Hello, I've had this error for about 3 weeks and but it seems to be getting worse with games updating. It happened when a game just decided it wasn't happy and wouldn't load. (I've had this before, the xbox app is pretty terrible when coming from game apps like steam with a lot more options and control over what you install)

I delete the game but it gets to 99% and just bombs out. Now it's happening to all games saying error 100%, I've tried restarting, reinstalling, stopping/starting services. Happy to rehear these things to try but just wanted to say I'm not sure jumping in to ask for help.

Hello Ictoo, before following the recommendations below, cancel the downloads you have in the queue, check if you have the latest version of Windows installed, at 21H2, because recently came out the latest update to Windows 10 and 11.

See which version of Windows 10 you have

Updates often seen as optional, Microsoft released major fixes this week, and make sure you have the Xbox Companion App installed.

If you haven't updated yet, click the link below, update and then make all subsequent security updates.

Also make sure all Xbox Apps are up to date in the store.

After that, when you put some game to download, put only one at a time, and wait until the download ends.

no it did not work the error code is 0x8007001F

That article gives very basic solutions, nothing works, as i say, I can log in and play a lot of games (gers 5, Sunset Overdrive, Vampyr, wandersong), only dead cells gives me this problem.

I try to reinstall in the other hardrive and now i got the error 0x8007001f, i found this about the error:

I deactivate my antivirus, and it work, now I can install the game and play it. You guys should update the error list with this solution.

Can you elaborate a bit? Do you own the game physically or digitally? Is there an error message when you try to launch the game? Is it showing an update that's stuck at 100%?
