Games won't download properly after I tried all of Xbox's troubleshoot methods.

Xbox won't download games properly everytime I try to download onto my hard drive on my computer. Have had this problem for countless days when I am using a subscription, quite disappointed that Xbox doesn't have a reliable way to troubleshoot storage devices like steam does. I had to reinstall xbox games so that it would finally allow me to switch to my hard drive rather than trying to download onto my c:// drive for my operating system. However, now it comes with an error when I try to download, I am paying for a subscription and the troubleshooting doesn't even work. The error code is 0x80070005.

Sorry to hear that, may I know where is this happening?
I mean, on Windows 10 or 11?
Also, tell me briefly what did you tried?
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed.

In the meantime double check and do the next:
Press Windows button and type Services

On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

And do this with each of the services listed above:

Right-click over the service and select Properties.
Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic (if not, change it to automatic)
If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services

Restart your PC

Tried that. It just wont load on any browser, since i can't redeem my code i try to buy the game pass, then it says there was a problem with my payment method, try to go to my payment methods and it just won't load after that. I'm glad this company is worth billions but their own website doesnt function properly.

Hey there mETalMEcK, Please try this.

1. First off please delete profile off the console

Go to Settings>System>Storage>Hard Drive>Gamer Profile

Once on the gamer profile page select your account and delete it. Make sure to delete profile only.

2. After deleting the profile please clear your system cache

Go to Settings>System>Storage>Highlight Hard Drive/memory unit>Press Y and you should have the option to clear system cache

once step one and two is done please redownload your profile.

Press on the Xbox guide button then select Download profile.

If you do not see download profile press X to sign out it should give you the option for download profile.
