    Games won't connect to Microsoft Store


    I'm playing Candy Crush Sage and Candy Crush Soda on two devices and they will not connect to the store. As a result, the pc and laptop I play on (both windows 10) are not syncing. I have no avatar, can't
    collect rewards and cannot ask for or give lives. Yes, I'm signed into the store. Oddly enough, Candy Crush Friends is fine.

    So the question is, if I uninstall or reset, will I lose my progress. It's important as I'm well over 1000 levels on each and don't want to lose them.

    Hey there! I wouldn't recommend uninstalling or resetting the game just yet. Reach out to the developers for assistance as this looks like a in game issue. Candy Crush Friends Saga

    There was a problem with the purchase and content usage.

    Maybe try again now that it has been resolved. Otherwise follow the advice the others have mentioned.

    Getting error 0x89235106

    I have the same problem. Games won't load on Xbox App (Error code: 0x89235106). Microsoft Store won't load (Error Code: 0x80131500). Epic Store App is not connecting. I've tried resetting, repairing, and reinstalling. Nothing worked. I'm very much connected to the internet. Those three apps are the ones seeming having problems.
