    Games wont boot up.


    I just got a brand new Xbox Series S and none of my games are booting up even to the main menu I've tried everything like, power rebooting, factory reseting, deleting amd downloading the game(s) again, etc. Do you have anymore solutions to this problem?

    I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with your console.

    If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you a few questions.

    - May I ask exactly what happens when you try to launch one of your games? Do you get any error codes/messages?

    - Are there any external storage units plugged into your console?

    - The factory reset you tried, was it done keeping games and apps or removing everything?

    I've inspected it internally and there is no blockage on the ventilation and the fan runs as needed. Curious as to why the fan has 4 wires? Is there a failed heat sensor in the fan??
