Games wont appear in my XBOX app

Just bought gamepass. I checked online and saw a bunch of games i wanted to try. Alot of the games are showing up but some games wont show up on xbox app. And when I open the web version of the store then it takes me to the app and opens the page Which then says "BUNDLE NOT AVAILABLE". This is happening with battlefield, yakuza, doom eternal, far cry 5. One thing these games have in common is they are rated 18+ which might be the issue but i am 18+ and so is my account.

Note: The games that wont show up on xbox app do show up on my xbox one console

Sorry to hear about the trouble here, however, you may want to try signing out and signing in again on the Xbox app. Also, ensure that you're signed in using the same Microsoft account on the Microsoft Store app.

Go to your PC Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates

If it has, check your Microsoft store app > Library > Get Updates and ensure that your apps are up to date.

If it still won't work, try to repair your Xbox app, Gaming Services app and Microsoft store app, by going to your PC settings > Apps > Installed apps > click the 3 dots > Advance options > Repair and do this to the other apps I've listed > Restart your PC.

Clear app storage and try again. Go to Settings > Apps, select the app and Storage > Clear Storage. Uninstall and reinstall.

Im only trying to transfer my saved game the game is already purchased on the xbox one but cloud just wont appear as an option

This is stupid, cant do anything, cant launch a game or any apps, trying to launch the guide button to get to my setting tab, but the guide wont appear nothing works, unplugged everything, hard reset doesnt work!
