Games with Gold

We have XBOX live for last couple years and Iam trying to switch between regions with no effect. So i can download some games but not all of them

 

Well, that's great. I'm from Latvia. And there is no Latvian region, so what am I supposed to do?

It looks this boils down to a regional availability issue for most of the users in this thread. If you're located in a region that is not Xbox Live supported, sadly there isn't any form of support we can offer. Switching your account region to a region that
is supported while still being physically located in an unsupported region will cause the same, if not similar, issues to occur. Your account region must match your physical region, and that region must be Xbox Live supported for features like Games with Gold
to work. If the region you're physically located in is not on our Xbox Live Countries page, unfortunate that will be the case and we will not be able to assist any further.

Vinyl you are editing the wrong setting

The console.region has no effect on the account region

To change your account region you must use this website and go under my account andns change my region to your physical location

Regardless of where you change the account region if your physical region doesn't match your actual region it won't work

Also changing region is limited to every 3months not the nexnet min

You also have to change the console region to reflect the actual regionafter

Also if you been using us billingn address without actually living there you may have caused split billing

I'm also trying to get the Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 from GWG but it keeps showing the "Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again." message.

Btw, tried using my Xbox one console smartphone and PC to avail the game, still no luck. Any suggestions?

And I am another one with same problem. Can't "buy" Rainbowsix with Gold, but with same credentials I got other games. Also I can't buy Gear of War 3 and Deus Ex Human Revolution with same error, but I regularly bought Metro and Witcher 2.

I am from Bosnia and Herzegovina and there is no mine region, I tried with USA or UK region but no solution.

This ia quite frustrating, here you go take "free" game for your subscription, but you can't use it, here you big summer sale, but you can't buy what you want.

Please give a solution, don't push us to Sony...

If you read my answer above then that's the solution

Then region of your account isn't the console.region

To change your account region as mentioned before you must use my account and change my region on this site

If you do not live in an xbox live region you do not qualify for region locked content

You are only garenteed content when you live in an supported region

Your console will have to be used to reflect it

 

@darth it is against the rules to post anything that violates the terms of use
