Games with Gold

Hi,

I'm trying to get the Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 from GWG but it keeps showing the "Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again." message.

Btw, tried using my Xbox one console and PC to avail the game, still no luck. Any suggestions?

I've had people call me arrogant in the past because I do act like I know everything from time to time and although I don't know everything, I do still know a lot and try to approach things from a practical standpoint whenever I can - I've become significantly
more humble and careful with things I say over the past few months due to past transgressions with other posters as well.

As for how much I game, it has indeed come to a point where I'm on the forums more than I game, but I do still use my Xbox consoles to play games and do other things - at least 3 hours a day if I were to put a number to it, which is a lot considering all
of the other things I make time for in my life.

Regardless of what you or anyone else thinks of me, I'm here because I enjoy it and the people I socialize with (most of the time). I also enjoy helping others whenever and wherever I can. If I end up being wrong about something, I accept that and move on
(which I admit I didn't often do in the past) rather than holding a grudge - after all, those are the worst things to have.

 

Can you try using an actual Xbox 360 console to "purchase" it? Then you'll be able to download from Ready to Install on Xbox One.

However, if it's the case you're not currently physically located in the same place as your account's region, another possible cause of this error code, then you will need to wait until the two do match in order to download it. Xbox 360's Games on Demand
are more sensitive to locations needing to match in order to complete purchases.

Having same issue but with Banner Saga 2 won't let me download it for free wants 19.99 anybody know a solution? Thx.

Same here. Any ideas of fixing it?

BTW the day before I got XCOM with no problems at all. On the next day I couldn't receive Rainbow six Vegas 2 and still can't.

 

You probably do not have a credit card on the account which is needed or can be done by first downloading it on the Xbox 360.

 

It worked the day before with the same exact credit card, also tried to use PayPal.

I don't own x360 for a really long time already.

P.S. Subscription till 1st of July 2017.

 

Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 "Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again." message" I was able to get XCOM days before. I can also get/buy free 360 games when I tried right now. It only happens to Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 (games with gold)

A lot of people has it. And still no solution from Microsoft? That's ridiculous.

 

hello in 2010 i got my first XBOX 360 but i am in Slovakia and at that time there was no LIVE available so i sign XBOX on friends address in London and my XBOX was never physicali in UK. the problem i have is that i cant download some games with Gold for
360. for example i bought Fallout 4 that also had downloadable Fallout 3 redeem code but its not working. I also chatted with some Microsoft support guy twice and they told me to change my region to where it was registred (UK). i tried changing my address
but with no effect. i own XBOX1 now. Please help me if you can.

 

The answer is posted above to download most games with gold and fallout 3 you must live in an xbox live region and your account region must reflect your actual region
