    A new games with gold title is "burnout with paradise" and I tried to download for free. For some reason, it was not free and I paid W75000. I'd like to cancel this order and to get full reimburse.

    Free Games With Gold - NOT FREE

    Seems like that game was posted as free by mistake. I saw it last night too. But it was never on the schedule to be free this month as far as I know.

    in order to download Games with Gold for free, you will need a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription, any free trials will not count as Gold to allow purchasing those Games with Gold games for free

    Because they are free with a gold membership at no extra cost. Yes you have to pay for gold but there is no increase in gold pricing thus the games are free...with gold. Games with Gold.

    Xbox One Games with Gold games require that you have a gold subscription in order to continue playing them for free. If you renew your gold, you'll be able to play Forza 6.

    The Lego game is not free as part of Games with Gold. It's just free as part of a separate promotion. So that one is free to own whether you continue gold or not.

    You must be a gold member in order to get the games yes but you must download the games during the period they are free for gold. If they are no longer free for gold anymore then you missed the opportunity to get that game during the free with gold deal.

    FIFA is free for a limited time, not a Games with Gold game. So you would have to buy it in order to continue playing. Any games that have a Free Play weekend or period like that would be the same.

    Games with Gold games on the 360 are free to continue playing with no limit. Games with Gold games on the One are free to play as long as you have gold.
