I think things like black ops should be in game's for Gold and most other well known titles not these low graphic cheap game's as of late the last three months have been a wast of money witch is why I'm no longer getting a three month game pass. I'm also going to check at the end of each month which games Will be released before I get the pass to see if it will even be worth it! Very displeased with re-sent titles... What do the people have to say I don't mind if u think I'm wrong let yourself be Heard.

It's not entirely up to Microsoft what games get put in the Games With Gold perk for Xbox Live. It's not as simple as that. The same goes with the titles available in the GamePass. It's up to the publishers/developers themselves what games they add to the service.

The Microsoft takeover of Activision hasn't completed yet, it's not a done deal. The takeover won't complete until 2023, assuming it's not blocked by the government on competition grounds. Call of Duty titles being available as Games with Gold or on the GamePass won't happen until this completes.
