Games with Gold - Vegas and The Crew

I'm a long time xbox fan - just went on a hiatus when the One came out. Finally got around to ordering one with the "Prime day" sale that had MS and other retailers joining on deals. Ordered the system Tuesday 7/12. Problem was, the 'Expedited' shipping
wasn't defaulted on my second order, since for whatever reason the first failed. And being that I haven't been on xbox live since the Games with Gold started, I had no idea it went for odd times of the month with titles. I just figured like with PS+ it was
a monthly thing available all month.

While - I'm still waiting on my xbox to arrive and both Vegas and The Crew have expired. By like literally three days at this point. Where if 'Expedited' actually happened - wouldn't have been an issue. Is there any way for MS to provide a one time code
for this, I guess we'll call it -learning mistake, since I had no idea that the promo wasn't from start until end of month? I had contacted chat support and they directed me here.

The Crew only giving me option to start a trial.

Hello, for me i 'm not able to download the crew during this day. (for your information i'm Gold Membership) Same result for the raimbow six vegas 2

but the problem is with the crew game only my other digital gamer working fine.i grab the crew game from games with gold but i dont have gold membership now.

 

No if you missed a sale or promotion you missed it

 

You could've started an account before hand with gold to make the purchase

 

Sage advice lol. I already have an account. I just found out last night online if I went to the store I could pre-purchase the free games without a console. I can't go back in time and claim something I didn't even know expired - even if I made a new account
- wouldn't have automatically given me the knowledge that the GwG games expire mid-month. I was hoping MS would make a one-time code or something for a returning customer considering I JUST figured this out two days after it had expired and since MS messed
up my shipping in the first place. Wishful thinking I suppose lol
