Games with Gold: Tomb Raider - Can't Redeem

I've been trying to add to my account for the last hour but it's still not working even though Tomb Raider is featured on the Games with Gold page and listed as "Gold Exclusive Price FREE" in the store. I'm gonna be *** off if this doesn't work, cause I
just redeemed my 12-month subscription card today even though my 360 red-ringed a couple weeks ago, only to add Tomb Raider to my account since I saw it was listed as free. I was able to redeem Rayman Legends but not Tomb Raider.

Xbox Support: can you add the game to my account manually? Cause it's not working through your store.

Tomb Raider will be a free gold game soon along with Rayman

 

Xbox One Bundle Rise of the Tomb Raider + Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack

sry for my bad english. I bought the Xbox One Bundle Rise of the Tomb Raider. I got the Tomb Raider 2013 and Rise of the Tomb Raider but i didnt get the dlc
Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack. The Redeem card have only one key and this is the game Rise of the Tomb Raider and no code for the dlc.

I hope you can help me with my problem.

 

Rayman is for xbox one and the tombraider offer ended yesterday

Its bioshock infinite today

What errors are you getting and what is your account region

 

Does your account region match your actual region not counting us foreign bases

Are you grtting the error on the website

If you didnt queue it yesterday there is no way toget it today

 

Taking a note from your other post i take it you are trying to do it from the website

Did it still have the games for gold symbol above the price ?

When you attempted to queue it

If so then it wouldve been free yesterday but not today

Unlwss you queue it yesterday the offer expired or going to expire i cant see the page from my phone atm

When you say it wqs going to charge you was it becauae you were doing it from the website?

As long aa the games for gold symbol was up yesterday itnwouldve been free

But doing it from the website doesnt charge unless it expired

A paymwnt option must be on file inorder to download anything from the website free or paid

Thanks for responding. I knew yesterday was the last day for Tomb Raider, which is why I was getting worried about it. I spoke to customer support through chat and we were unable to get it to work through the web store. He suggested I try through the xbox
but it is currently out of commission with "red ring of death" syndrome.

Our conversation ended with the suggestion that I should fix my xbox and try through the console. I was about to try this (I had already fixed 2 red-rings on the console prior) but decided I would give it one more shot through the web store and it finally
let me do the transaction for free. I don't know what changed but I was eventually able to get it after about 3 hours of trying.

 

Unless you got an error there is nothing that wouldve changed

Are you sure it displayed a price on the purchase screen

The webstore will always ask for a creditcard before downloading any free or games for gold game

Its only when the price is shown on the purchase screen

I usually dont get a balance on klmy purchase screen whenever i do the webstore because i have a payment option on file
