Games with Gold Title

So last month it was said the game The Raven was going to be the title for games with gold from the 1st to the 15th, well for NZ the 2nd to the 16th, but when going to the games with gold tab on the xbox 360 the game featured is Splosion Man with the DLC
for The Raven, same thing is on the website, this honestly feels like what happened last year in July when Halo 3 and Assassin's Creed 2 were announced to be available in the games with gold program, can anyone help me out or know what the hell is going on?
I really was looking forward to that game.

Unfortunately Splinter Cell Conviction is no longer a Games with Gold title as the August titles are now up for free with gold.

Games with gold title not downloading

It doesn't look as though The Raven is available in New Zealand. This would be why Splosion Man is the free game for the first part of this month.

yea just found out that it's only available in the US which sucks, explains why nothing shows up when you search for it in the search bar unless you're using the US region URL to find it. Honestly does suck when there is a whole roster of games that are
restricted to Xbox users who don't live in the US, It honestly does, especially when you can't even use the TV, Movie and Music feature or access the Xbox Live Indie Games

That's because of your content laws not. Just Xbox

Nz requires content to have a rating

Indie content usually doesn't because it costs money to send it to a ratings board per region

Nz and Australia has one of the most restrictive content laws in the world probably as much as germany
