Games with Gold - Supreme Commander 2 Missing from games library

Hi,

I purchased supreme commander 2 for free earlier in the month using the games with gold bonus, however have gone to play the game and it doesn't appear in my library. The same issue occured for Borderlands (backwards compatible game) where i had to re-purchase
the game for free. The Xbox one games are both downloaded correctly and available in my library.

When i checked using my windows 10 pc, on the xbox app, the game in the store says 'play from console' and does not ask to purchase the game or show any price, though when i go to the console the game is not listed

Xbox Live Games with Gold Problem

Hi, for some reason I never see the free 360 games each month only Xbox One games. I wanted Supreme Commander 2 this month but it doesn't show. I have gold though so I'm confused?

I even searched Supreme Commander 2 and still it's not shown as free.

I also can download other games, just not Supreme Commander 2

Sorry to hear the trouble you're having. Is it possible you were signed in with a different account on your Xbox One when the game was available for Games with Gold? If there is another account on your Xbox One I would recommend you check it out to see if
the game is available to download there.
