Games with gold region issue

I'm from Romania and i just paid for a month of xbox live gold hoping to access the cloud for storage and for the 4 free games promised by the add. Unfortunately the game i was most hoping to get (tron evolution)is not available in my region apparently.
So basically i paid for a gold subscription being promised 4 games and i cannot access said games cause of regional issues.Since i am not getting the free game i was promised by the add and i am not absurd,i understand these issues i was hoping for any other
game of the same value as compensation.

Can't seem to download Free "Games with gold" full games

Region issue? Then why can I download Arcade games in "Games with gold", but when it comes to full xbox games I cant?

Well, I was aware of the policy of migrating the account and setting Locale to the region I'm moving. I had done those steps first, and then tried to download the free Games with Gold title. Right now, I have no other step to follow except waiting till end
of the month and hope for the best.

I thought the Games with Gold titles are not region locked. The Games with Gold titles I downloaded back in the USA still works. I am really surprised I am facing this region issue with Games with Gold titles. Was this not a user story Microsoft QA approved?

 

In Romania theres no Xbox Live services, that's why you can't get the games promised in Gold add. Ths is cause when you are in a region without Xbox Live service they can't assure you the service.

I know Romania is not on that list but it doesn't change the fact that even though I'm in Romania you still took my payment and now that I'm asking what I paid for you are telling me I'm in *** because for no reason at all Xbox doesn't cover Romania.

I did contact support first and they sent me here...great customer service what can I say...
