Thanks for replying and keeping us in the loop! Sorry that the refund request web form didn't pull up on your last step of the wizard. I'm going to apply the link in this post and I hope that it gets you where you need to be. Bear in mind that it may take
up to 48 hours to receive a response after submitting the refund request, please.

The only way to get a refund is to fill out the form. If the last step is not working correctly try it in a different browser. You can also request a call back and speak with a support agent. I do know that the refund form is definitely for all US citizens.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
• Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update
• Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips (don't select anything here)
  
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

But the final link on the last step on the request webform doesn't work.
