Games with gold portal knights acting like I only own the trial.

After purchased, there's a notice like "You can play Portal Knights with your Xbox Live Gold or buy it to own."

Then can click button "Install on my devices" to install game.

Will there be a problem playing the game if you tried to download the game from another region instead of your local country where your gold membership is ?

I should have mentioned, this thread was the closest relevant title to my issue, since Minecraft reverted to trial and all of my other games are acting like I don't own a copy!

I have confirmed that I have login to my microsoft account. I have tried to use the website instead because even at my xbox one console with my account signed in to xbox live, the same problem too. Portal Knights listed as game with gold is not free.
I can only download (360 free game) MX unleashed for free.

So you actually own the full version of the game but when you are offline it tells you to download the full game and it acts like the trial version?

If so, delete the game, clear your cache and redownload it.
