    Games with Gold January 2014: Lara Croft: GoL download missing from history


    I redeemed this game while it was free in the market and played it enough to have a few achievements on it, but I had to uninstall it to accommodate hard drive space for other games. I finally got a bigger hard drive now and tried to download game again
    but it says that I must purchase the game now even though it was redeemed during the games with gold promotion. I looked through my entire download and purchase history and it has completely vanished from the list.

    "Can't download" problems

    I'm going to report this behalf of my friend since his computer is being fixed, and isn't used to the forums. He's been trying to download Lara Croft: GoL on GwG. Then, when he tries to download it, it stays for about a minute, then he gets the message "Can't
    download Lara Croft: GoL". He tells me his internet is all working fine, and has no problems with it. Any solutions for this?

    it might be related to your hard drive if it's old.

    Hi Kris,

    As previously stated, the only available game you can download for free on your Xbox 360 is the Lara Croft: GoL arcade game. The ones from November are no longer free and will need to be purchased.

    What game are you trying to download from the free Games with Gold?

    That message that you received online is indicting that the account you are trying to make the purchase on does not have a console linked to it. You may be signed into another account.
