Games with gold issue

The icon for games with gold on my dashboard has disapeared. It hasn't been there for around a month, I was hoping it would come back but no. It's on my dashboard if I'm not signed in, but as soon as i do, it changes to Fifa 14. I have searched all
through my dashboard items - games, apps, everything possible and there is no link whatsoever to games with gold. So i decided to use the download section on xbox.com.au site. Which has worked for Gears of war Judgement and Assassins Creed 4, but now I'm having
a problem trying to download 'Army of two devils cartel'. It simply tells me 'sorry unable to at this time, please try again later. I have had this message since April 17th release date. Can anyone plz help with both/either problem???

Issue with Games with gold

Well, my PS4 have no problem at all with the connection, that's why I'm wondering if my 360 is failing. I'll try with an ethernet cable but obviously, I would rather use wifi since my console is like at 30' of the router.

you need to make the purchase on the primary account not a sub account

Home gold doesn't apply to 360 games or child accounts for games with gold

I've seen this issue a number of times with players in Australia. This solution has worked for those who had the unavailable message on their consoles:

You may see it come up as purchasable only; you'll need to sign in and then refresh the page, it will then be free and you'll see the "get" button instead!
