    Games with gold/Game pass


    Today I was revisiting MGSV: the phantom pain and I know that I had acquired the game with games with gold a long time ago, yet when I opened it the loading screen had the games pass logo in the bottom right corner. Does this mean that my games with gold
    games are going to become inaccessible?

    Been paying for Xbox Live Gold AS WELL as the Game Pass - will I be refunded?

    Gold does not come with Game Pass and Game Pass does not come with gold.

    If you look to the right of where it says "Enjoy the benefits of Gold and Game Pass" it's to get you to check out Ultimate Game Pass which is a subscription that does include both gold and game pass as well as game pass for PC.

    Do you have standard Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate? Gold is needed to play online. Gold is included with Game Pass Ultimate, but not standard Game Pass. So if you only have Game Pass, you either need to add Gold or upgrade to Game Pass Ultimate.

    Is it asking for just Game Pass or Gold/Game Pass Ultimate? The game is an online only game so it requires a Gold subscription to play it. Game Pass Ultimate includes Gold or you can buy just a Gold subscription.

    There's no such thing as "Gold Game Pass". Did you purchase Gold or Game Pass? If you only have a Gold subscription, then you do not have Game Pass.

    Xbox Live Gold/Game Pass

    It depends on if you bought Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate. Regular Game Pass would be separate from Gold. Game Pass Ultimate includes Gold. So if you buy Ultimate while already having Gold, your Gold is converted to Ultimate.
