Games with gold disappeared from my account

For some reason everything for the moth of November 2014 is an unknown title. I vividly remember picking up viva pinata tip. Now when i go and look for it it doesn't show up at all.

my games with gold icon disappeared from my main hub.how do i get it back so i can fetch my free games monthly?

 

It is removed from the marketplace because that period is over.

 

Not even the remotely helpful. As i stated before I picked the game up when it was free. As in i when through all of the steps of buying it, downloading it, and letting it sit on my hard drive. now latter when I when back to play it it no longer shows in
my account. i only have unknown titles that show up in my download history. Not just one about 10 for the entire month of November.

Upon looking the game up on the marketplace it is requiring to make me pay again for the game. The odd thing about this is that the entire month of the November seems to be glitched for my account.

 

Have you looked for the games in your download history? While signed into the account that made the purchases from your dashboard got to Settings>Account>Download History. If you downloaded it with the account that you are signed into, it should be there.

That's weird. I've seen unknown title show up when looking at the storage devices but never seen it in the download history. Does anything happen when you select any of these unknown titles in the download history?

 

Nope it's greyed out so I can not select it.

 

Ok, I really have no idea what has happened. When you originally downloaded them back in November, did you ever play them? I'm just wondering if they ever downloaded completely. Maybe the downloads never finished and that is why they are unrecognized.
I really don't know. Unless someone comes around here that knows better you will probably have to take this issue up with phone support. Sorry and good luck!
