Thank you for reaching out to our Xbox support forum; my name is Joanna, and I will be helping you in getting this Save data/Achievement issue taken care of. Anytime you wish to delete data from a Xbox 360 game, here are the steps to accomplish that.

1) Launch Fable, and then when the game is at the start menu, click on the View and menu button( the two buttons under the large Xbox button) at the same time and this will bring up the Xbox 360 dashboard.

2) Scroll down to "manage storage" and select it

3) Choose yes on the next screen

4) select Save games

5) Look for Fable and delete it

It will remove any data from older Xbox 360 titles and allow you to start fresh.
