    Games Voucher not included with our new Xbox One S


    We bought a digital Xbox One S which included two free games, Minecraft and Fortnite Battle Royal and 2000 free v-bucks.

    We have set up the xbox and now we want to add our free games of Minecraft and Fortnite along with redeeming the 2000 v-bucks.

    There are no instructions in the box on how to redeem these games.

    Does anyone know how to contact Xbox and get them to send us the codes?

    their should be several sheets of paper/card with codes on them. if not you may need to speak with the store where you purchased it.

    Hi there. The minecraft Xbox One S comes with 4 Vouchers with the minecraft download codes. Game, minecoins, starter pack and creature pack, so if they are not includes and you bought it brand new, you should take it back to the retailer and have them fix
    it.
