Games volume is SO LOW that even with Spotify at 5%, we must adjust using the it's app!...

Hey there. If you download the Spotify app on your xbox you can play music for free through your headset. If you also pull up the xbox menu you can adjust the volume of your game volume and music volume. Hope this helps!

And also with headsets like the Turtle Beach, you can independently adjust in-game voice and sound volumes, ie, you can turn the game sounds volume very low or even off while turning up the in-game chat/voice volume.

The G230 headset was designed for PC gaming and, as such, is not meant to be compatible with the 360.

Are the adapters you're using official Logitech accessories? Unofficial accessories can cause issues like the mic not working.

As for the game sound being low when people talk, the most common cause of this is the game volume in voice settings set too low (this setting controls how loud the game is when someone is talking through the headset).

To fix the game volume, follow these instructions:

1. Press the guide button on your controller then navigate to the Settings blade.

2. Go to Preferences > Voice.

3. Adjust the "Game volume" so that it's at a comfortable level (you probably have it currently set to a really low value like 1 or 0). I personally recommend adjusting it to 5, 6 or 7 but your mileage may vary.

I love that you can change the volume of party chat, game volume and spotify. That part I would lile a little extra added to is being able to adjust volume of individual party members in party chat. Some people have very quite mics or jsut speak louder
the others so would be great to tweak it when in a party.

don't forget: this problem is solved by "adjusting your volume" (sarcasm). They literally told us that would fix it. The whole thing is frozen and no button presses whatsoever are even possible so how would one even adjust the volume (as if adjusting the
volume would solve anything anyway)...i wonder if they were dumb enough to actually mean the volume of your AR receiver or TV and not the actual software...
