Games vanishing from account

There are random games vanishing from my account and I'm trying to contact support.

This question has been asked a number of times here (that they are not getting the issue fixed is quite annoying tbh), but none of the recommendations seem to work.

There never is an option for web chat.

My choices are:

Get help without contact

Virtual agent

Message a gamer

Forums

Call - not available

I recently changed the location to English, I wonder if this has triggered it. But I changed back to no avail.

I believe that you purchased the games, St. It just means that it was purchased under a different account because all successful purchases are added to our order history in real time.

Even if the game is refunded for example it will still be visible from there but the status will be "refunded".

We can't proceed in checking if there is no order history.
