games that I'm downloading recently are with the speeches of the characters changes, I've already downloaded several games and everyone has this problem, the characters move their mouths and their speech appears but they have no voice

Hello there fellow gamer,

We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning the voices of some characters within games are not projecting properly through the audio on your Xbox One console.

We recommend trying a power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Try this out first and let us know the results.

This is so dumb! Who on earth in the 21st century would limit password length only to 16 characters? I changed my password from 16 characters to 19 recently and figured out I was logged out and not able to login again!

Check that the account that purchased the subscription logged into the Microsoft Store app on your Windows and that all content is also installed on the same hard drive.

These steps can help you too, give it a try.

1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store in the Windows bar, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this with the game too.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Login with your account again in both apps

5. Open the Microsoft Store, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner ''download and updates'' and click on ''get updates'' and update everything. After these steps restart your PC and try again.
